Speakers

Melissa Sitzmann

Melissa has served in Career Readiness and Workforce Development roles for nearly 18 years. She began her career with Fairfield County, where she had the opportunity to lead numerous TANF and WIOA initiatives, including serving as the pilot county for the statewide No Kidding Ohio program. In addition, she also coordinated and staffed career and college-related events, connecting with key collaborators in the field. While later serving as a Business Administration Supervisor, she gained first-hand knowledge of what managers value most in employees. Now in her 7th year at Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools, she applies her passion and these experiences to provide direct support to students in all aspects of their Career Readiness paths, including Work-Based Learning.
