Dave is a co-founder of MBA Focus (2003), which was rebranded as GradLeaders in 2016. His role with the organization focuses on ensuring that GradLeaders is providing quality products that meet the needs of all partners and clients. Dave has been immersed in the digital recruiting business since 1990, and helped pioneer the first resume database products that were distributed to recruiters early in that decade.
Prior to GradLeaders, Dave worked as a consultant for a small Central Ohio firm that specialized in custom business application development. He performed needs analysis, system design and development services for client organizations that were early adopters of PC-based technology solutions.
Dave graduated magna cum laude from Franklin University in 1986, with a major in Computer Management. Dave and his wife Julie have two adult sons and are anxiously awaiting their first grandchild in 2023.
Ben Groff is a VP of Strategic Partnerships for GradLeaders based in Columbus, Ohio. He has been providing solutions for Higher Education institutions for nearly a decade and also helps address the needs of workforce development entities and corporate internship programs. Ben is passionate about tackling the challenges of potential partners to ensure they are successful in meeting their goals. Prior to his time at GradLeaders, Ben worked for Cengage Learning, providing learning solutions for schools in Central Ohio. He earned his college education at Wittenberg University and grew up in northwest Columbus, graduating from Worthington Kilbourne High School in 2008.
Ben currently lives in Clintonville with his wife, Stephanie, and his two dogs, Bella and Grace.
Amy King is VP – Strategic Partnerships and Marketing with GradLeaders, based in Columbus, OH. In her hybrid role, Amy is a relationship builder within the K-12/CTE, Workforce Development and Employer sectors and thrives on connecting key stakeholders and creating customized solutions to drive meaningful outcomes. Amy also leads the marketing efforts for GradLeaders and enjoys highlighting the great works of partners, sharing industry trends, and envisioning creative ways to promote both GradLeaders and the careers sector.
Prior to transitioning to a corporate career, Amy was an Ohio middle and high school public school educator and remains passionate about equitable opportunity for all learners.
Amy graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University, Athens, OH. Her favorite past-times include relaxing with family and friends, traveling, crafting, attending music concerts, reading, and gardening. She resides in Powell with her husband and her son, who is currently attending Ohio University, Athens, studying Business/Marketing.
