The presentation will highlight how CBI programs can benefit a diverse student population and help at-risk students develop a pathway to graduation. We will also highlight how work-based learning can be incorporated into the CBI curriculum. Hear how CBI works in different districts and understand the possible logistic challenge.

Mike Kerr

Mike Kerr has been in education for 23 years. He is the Workplace Development and Career Intervention Specialist with the ESC of Central Ohio.Before taking this role, he was a CBI teacher/director for Mount Vernon City Schools where he learned both the value and the struggles of Career-Based Intervention.
